It was rather a tiring day. I have been facing a problem with my post paid GSM mobile. While staying connected 24/7 was very crucial, a technical defect in my cell got me awry. Was much tensed even after taking to customer care. However, it was a horrible experience talking to a customer care executive. I just want to share with you complete chat.
Dialed ***. “Sir, I am Mastufa, my number is @@@@082742. I have been facing a problem with my cell for last 20 days. Every time I talk to someone, I get disconnected after 2/3 minutes. Could you help me out please?”
Executive: Sure Mr. Mastufa. Wait for a second, I would check out.
After keeping me on hold for around three minutes;
Executive: Sir, please talk to one in our technical department, your problem is very much technical. Call to ***** and press 2.
I dialed. Mr. Rakesh in technical department said, “Sir please talk to our executive on ***.” I replied, “Mr. Akash on *** told me to talk to you, saying it’s technical. Dialed *** again to talk to Ms. Priyanka.
Executive: May I know how can I help you?
I told her the story. After having me on hold for two minutes.
Executive: “Sir, please talk to ***** and press 2”
I got fierce. “Madam, this is what’ been happening for last half an hour. My patience level is exhausted. Please tell me what should I do?”
My Friend: What’s wrong with your cell? I got two calls for you and I didn’t see you around.
I replied. “Actually I am busy talking to Customer Care Exec, and don’t know when shall I be free.”
Executive: What’s the problem sir? She said in a gentle voice.
I have two problems. First is, I can’t hear you for - the officers around you are screaming.
Secondly, you keep me swapping my chat between *** and ***** without letting me know the actual problem.
Executive: Sir, let me check. Please hang up.
After a minute.
Executive: Mr. Mastufa, tell me your name and mobile number.
Me: My name is @@@@082742 and number is Mastufa.
Executive: Thank you for your cooperation. Wait a second.
She kept me on hold for ever. After two minutes. She started talking to someone, perhaps, another Customer Care Specialist one the next seat.

I got a sound; Beep…… no more sound. That’s how my battery lost charge.
My friend: “Yar, I want to join call center. Can you help me?”
