Taslima Nasreen! Worthless!

People in India seem to be busier these days, but in true sense, majority people are not.  Although, a person with 50 lacs in hand devotes more of his time in contemplating and figuring out ways and strategies to add to the amount, and a wage earner scratches his head as to how to live with his life; we have more than enough times to ponder over things not worthy of doing at all. Perhaps, either we are conscious enough to think on anything and everything at our disposal directly or indirectly or the call of a trait - that we keep inheriting- that makes us getting in touch with things very much irrelevant.

Taslima Nasreen- the great writer and thinker of our times as I am taught by the mainstream media and the works of the movers and shakers of India- has become the hot topic of the day. I want to ask you the question; does she deserve a room for the people of India to think upon? Does she carry the flavor of writing as she writes?  Has she come out with any thought so far that can contribute to our advancement?

In her books, she talked in detail about her life or lives, as is apparent. She is a story that is told to people who are much familiar with stories that are far more tragic and piercing.

Worthless!! Meaningless!! A stigma, which is killing much of our precious time. We don’t want to think for the starved people of India, but of course ready to soak our hands on subjects that simply create furor and societal chaos. Taslima is not a writer -an element that pulls us back and back. I don’t find any style and literary flavor, or for that matter, theme- worth attending to. Better, I would like to remember the deprived sections of our society, the looters and robbers of our country, the corrupt politicians, the even increasing corruptions in our country and so on…
